BOOKINGS & PAYMENTS

All bookings are subject to availability.
 

Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise stated. Prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) and may be updated at any time.
 

SOMA SAUNA reserves the right to refuse or cancel bookings at its discretion, including in cases of incorrect pricing, availability issues, or operational constraints.
 

CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS
 

Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours before your scheduled session to be eligible for a reschedule or credit.
 

Late cancellations or no-shows may result in the loss of the session without refund.
 

Refunds are not guaranteed and are handled at the discretion of SOMA SAUNA.
 

HEALTH & SAFETY
 

By participating in a SOMA SAUNA session, you acknowledge that sauna and cold exposure involve physical stress and may not be suitable for everyone.
 

You agree that:

  • You are physically able to participate

  • You will take responsibility for your own limits

  • You will follow all guidance provided during sessions
     

If you have any medical conditions, you should consult a healthcare professional before participating.
 

SOMA SAUNA is not liable for any injuries, adverse reactions, or health issues that may occur as a result of participation.
 

CONDUCT
 

We aim to create a respectful and safe environment for all participants.
 

We reserve the right to remove or refuse entry to any individual whose behavior is disruptive, unsafe, or not aligned with the SOMA experience.
 

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
